RTI ensures Transparency and Accountability to the works doneby the government for the benefit of the people. 
 The reply an be gor either in printed doument or CD. For 1st 10 Pages its free of cost and next each page Rs5 has to paid. The people a get files, documents, e-mail, reords which the government maintains for any work.
